A clear wardrobe system, not random shopping
Katerina brings a Milan styling perspective to your everyday wardrobe in the US. The process is built with the American market in mind: US time zones, local brands, online shopping habits, lifestyle, climate, and the way women in the United States actually dress and work. You understand what suits you, what to remove, what to add, and how to combine your clothes into complete outfits.

Q&A for US clients
Clear answers before you book online styling from the United States.
Do you work with clients across the United States?
Yes. The core services are designed to work online for US clients, including the Style Clarity Session, virtual closet edit, personal shopping support, and outfit styling.
How do sessions work with US time zones?
Scheduling is adapted for US clients. Available time slots are coordinated in advance, and the session can be planned around your time zone, including morning or evening options when possible.
Can you work with US brands and online stores?
Yes. Shopping recommendations can be adapted to US retailers, your preferred stores, your budget, your size availability, and the way you actually shop online.
How does online personal shopping work?
You begin by completing a questionnaire where you outline your goals, budget, lifestyle, preferences, and shopping needs.
Based on your responses, I create a shopping list of the wardrobe pieces that would best support your style and needs. Once we agree on the shopping list, I start researching and selecting the most suitable options available on the market.
On our scheduled call, I present the selected items and explain my recommendations. Typically, I provide several options for each category on the shopping list, allowing you to choose the pieces that best fit your preferences and budget.
After the consultation, you order the items you would like to try. Once they arrive, you send short videos wearing the pieces so I can assess the fit, proportions, fabric, and overall effect.
I then help you evaluate the purchases, decide what to keep or return, and show you how to style the new pieces with your existing wardrobe to create complete outfits.
I feel stuck, but I am not ready for a full package. Where should I start?
Start with the Style Clarity Session. It is a focused 75-minute diagnostic that helps you understand what is not working, what direction to move toward, and what next service would support you best.
How does a virtual wardrobe edit work?
Before the session, you'll complete a questionnaire, receive a preparation checklist, and digitize your wardrobe.
During a 3-hour live online session, we review your clothes together, decide what to keep or let go of, create outfits, and photograph them to build a personal digital lookbook. The goal is not to discard as much as possible, but to make thoughtful decisions about each item.
Afterward, you receive a shopping list of missing wardrobe pieces and categories. The shopping list does not include product links; if you need specific recommendations and purchasing support, please choose the Personal Shopping service.
What if my wardrobe edit takes longer than 3 hours?
If you have a large wardrobe, we can split the process into two separate 3-hour sessions. Each session is booked and paid for individually.
If we are close to finishing and only need an additional 1-2 hours, we can continue on the same day. In that case, any time beyond the initial 3 hours is charged at the hourly rate.
Will this work for my lifestyle, climate, body, and life stage?
Yes. The recommendations are built around your real life: work, motherhood, body changes, climate, city, travel, budget, and the chapter you are in now.
Are prices in USD, and do they include clothing purchases?
Prices on this page are shown in USD for US clients. Clothing, accessories, shipping, returns, taxes, and brand purchases are not included in the styling fee.
How do I book and what happens next?
Send a message on Instagram or submit the request form. You will receive the best next-step recommendation, scheduling details, and preparation notes for the service that fits your goals.
